Located on the 4th floor of Wascana Place, at 2900 Wascana Drive.
As of November 2010,no longer an art gallery, observation deck is still accessible and provides a nice view towards the
Legislative Building.
The joe moran gallery, opened on May 19, 1984 and is named after Joe Moran, former Executive
Director of Wascana Centre Authority from 1962 until 1987.
The mandate of the gallery was to exhibit quality artwork which suitably represents the diverse nature
of Saskatchewan artists.
The rational is clearly slated in Wascana Centre authority's purposes: "the Centre is devoted
to ... the advancement of the cultural arts."
